Physician Assistant, Registered Dietitian & Board-Certified Lifestyle Medicine Expert
Beth’s passion for health, fitness, and preventive care began early in her career as a Registered Dietitian, where she specialized in adult weight management and worked in both hospital and outpatient settings.
Driven by a desire to offer more comprehensive care, she earned her Master’s in Health Science and became a Physician Assistant through Quinnipiac University in 2015. Her clinical experience spans Critical Care, Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine, Aesthetics, and Wellness - giving her a unique and well-rounded perspective on what truly impacts long-term health.
Beth later became board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine, blending her medical and nutrition background to provide whole-person, evidence-based care that treats the root cause - not just symptoms.

It All Started When...
Â
My passion for helping women navigate perimenopause and reclaim their health didn’t come from textbooks - it came from personal experience.
While going through the IVF process, I was told I was essentially in a menopausal state after coming off birth control. My estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone were all severely low. My hair was thinning, I was gaining weight (especially around my midsection) despite eating well and staying active, I felt depressed, irritable, and exhausted, and I wasn’t sleeping. I no longer recognized myself - physically or emotionally.
And yet, I was a Physician Assistant and Registered Dietitian at the time - someone trained to help others navigate their health. But even with my background, I felt lost and unsupported.
What made it worse was seeing the exact same pattern in the women I was caring for:
- Borderline labs being dismissed as “normal”
- Fatigue, mood changes, weight gain, and poor sleep being written off as “just aging”
- Busy, high-performing women trying to hold it all together - but quietly falling apart
I saw firsthand how unaddressed lifestyle factors and hormone shifts were contributing to chronic disease, and how women were consistently being overlooked, misinformed, or dismissed.
That’s when it clicked for me:
There’s a massive gap in women’s healthcare - especially during transitional hormonal seasons like perimenopause.
Â
Where is the education?
Where is the research?
Where is the support?
Â
As women, we’re taught to push through - to prioritize our families, our careers, and everyone else before ourselves. I did this, too, especially after becoming a mom. But eventually, I realized: when I neglect my health, everyone suffers.
Each season of life brings unique stressors, but one thing should never change - the investment in our own physical and mental well-being. It’s not selfish. It’s essential.
With the current healthcare model, it’s simply not possible to review comprehensive labs, address root causes, educate thoroughly, and create a personalized, sustainable plan - all in a rushed 15-minute visit.
That’s why I created a different kind of solution - one that’s rooted in science, powered by lifestyle medicine, and personalized to you.
You deserve real answers.
You deserve to feel like yourself again.
And you deserve the support to live your healthiest, happiest life - now and for years to come.Â

Â
Now I'm able To Help Other Women...
Â
Over time, I became deeply passionate about women’s health - especially helping women navigate the often overlooked and misunderstood transition of perimenopause.
For years, research on perimenopause and menopause was limited, and most studies on diet, exercise, and even medication response were conducted on men. But that’s finally changing.
We now understand that as women’s hormones shift, so do their nutritional, movement, sleep, and emotional needs. And while therapies like HRT or SSRIs can play a supportive role, they’re not nearly as effective without addressing the foundations of health - including what we eat, how we move, how we sleep, and how we manage stress.
This is where real, lasting change happens - and it’s why I do the work I do.
